Holy Heck. This makes me never want to have another coke again! But hey.. I'm addicted, and I'm trying to quit. I should go for the caffeine free stuff.

Caffeine is in alot of foods. Does that means I can't have chocolate once a week for my treat for being good, because it's in the chocolate.

I think the main thing they are talking about is caffeine in thinks like sodas, coffee, etc...large amounts. I know of people who will drink soda and nothing else.
And don't forget the "doctors" have said...Dark chocolate is good for the heart, so we don't want to disappoint the doctors.
