My goal is the same as last week since I did so terrible at it. So Walking Tue and Thurs and Oxycise Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat.
Let's post our goals. Whether they are the same or different. The only way we will really succeed is to have goals and write them down some where. I come on here at least twice a day and look at my goals beside seeing if anyone posted.

My mini goal for this week is to walk the kids to school every day. 1/4 of the way there. ***Add on mini goal - purge my cupboards of the bad stuff! James is out of town and now I do not have any excuse to keep it around.
My goal is to eat better at school. Picking foods that will increase my energy so that when I get home I can still have enough strength to do the duties for my kids instead of resting on the couch.
