Tip of the Week

Change takes place one step at a time.

This is what we are doing here. We are making a weekly goal and changing little by little, before you know it, you will have a "new" you. Keep taking the baby steps. It is when we stop that we fall, so don't look around at others and see what kind of steps they are taking. It doesn't matter, as long as you are inching forward, that is all that matters. Keep up the good work and don't forget to post your goal for the week.
