Hi Everyone!
NEW to this blog! Thank you Lynnda for keeping everyone motivated!!! SO my short term goal is 5 pounds for January! AND to go to the gym 3 times a week! As a reward I'm going to finally get my hair cut and Mike is going to Dye it for me!
So glad to see you here Sara. The goal is great and can be reached and I love the reward (as mine is the same...just I won't have Mike dye mine. hehehe). I love seeing more and more people join this blog. Now if we could just all do a simple bloging each night, then we will have the support we need.
