For me, I lost 15lbs. My goal for Feb is 8lbs.

I did loose 4 pounds this month, not quite the 5 I wanted to loose, but I'll take the 4 pounds. My goal for next month is to try to make 5 pounds again.
Great job. 4lbs is a healthy weight to loose. So often we want to loose the weight quick yet we need to look at how long it took to put it on. We should expect at least that much time to take it off. Keep up the good work!

15 lbs is such an accomplishment.
No I did not loose any weight but I am starting to feel a difference. It will take time, but my goal for February is 5 lbs and for a reward I want to tske 1 night out for just me and my girls.
