Change of Dates
I decided that I would move the Tip and Recipe of the Week to Monday as then, we have all week to ponder on. Also, our weekly goal will be made on Mondays (hint,hint...then we have ALL week to work on it). So for our goal this week, let's keep the goal we made Friday, but start thinking about your goal for next week.

Yeah - that is good to hear as I had a set back today. It gives me more time to recover and really hit my goal w/ a solid POW!!!
I will forward you (Lynda) some recipes, I have some really good ones!
