Goals

Is anyone out there still making goal and has anyone achieved their goal yet?

My goal for Feb. was to loose 5 pounds. I lost 3 pounds. It's not much but at least it's going down.

That is great. Like you said, as long as you are going down and not up! Keep up the good work. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water as this helps a lot in weight loss.
